Last week, I decided to bring out some the paper collections I have been stashing away. I was inspired by the beautiful paper collection “Getaway”, by Echo Park. I truly love the colors and prints in this collection. They are very adaptable to any travel themed project.

For the travel bag, I used Prima Marketing’s ATC Card Box in black. I used some of the cards to make the mini album. The hardware embellishments are from my craft supplies (don’t have a vendor name, just miscellaneous pieces I had left over from projects), and Kraftex for the bag straps.

For the mini album, I used some of the ATC cards that came with the box. I did not alter the box or the cards for this project. I used 3 ½’ x 1” strips scored with a ¼” channel to attach the page sections.

I hope you are encouraged to bring some of your paper collections you have been stashing away. Sometimes inspiration comes from the past.
